The machine leaves. What happens next?

Water follows the grassy low strip beside the cleared ground.
The machine leaves. What happens next?

Regrowth, surface water and disturbed soil still need attention.

Know what was left

Your scope should tell you whether roots, flush stumps, mulch, logs or piles remain. Those details affect mowing, driving and any later construction.

Check it after rain

Look at drainage routes, access and disturbed areas. Address washouts or blocked flow early, and follow the inspection requirements for any installed site controls.

Keep new growth manageable

Brush management often needs follow-up. A workable maintenance schedule can handle young growth before it becomes another heavy clearing job.

Match aftercare to the use

A woodland, grazed pasture and building site need different next steps. Seek the appropriate soil, forage, drainage or construction guidance instead of assuming clearing alone finishes the project.
