A SCOPE THAT CAN BE COMPARED

Make the important
parts explicit.

Acreage is useful. Work limits, root requirements and material handling tell the rest of the story.

The commercial scope checklist
  1. Current plans and limits

Drawings, authorized access, retained areas, environmental constraints and known utilities.

  2. Clearing and material specification

Roots, mulch size and depth, windrows, loading, off-site disposal and any unsuitable material.

  3. Sequence and acceptance

Phasing, other trades, return mobilizations, controls, inspections and the handover condition.

CONNECTED WORK PACKAGES

Clear. Prepare.
Hand over.

SCHEDULES NEED A REAL STARTING POINT

Send the scope.
Flag the unknowns.

Include the plans and clearing limits with your estimate request. Work at energized facilities, electrical installation, engineering and specialist authorizations are outside the initial clearing offer.
